Club99 supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking and bank transfer. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Club99 and will result in account termination:

• Gaining an unfair advantage through fraud, hacking, or any other unethical means
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Using bots or automated software in gaming
• Using Club99 for money laundering purposes
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Unauthorized use of Club99's intellectual property

Club99 may terminate or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is found
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
• Using fraudulent or unethical gaming methods
• Extended inactivity (typically more than 12 months)

Users may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any valid balance will be refunded upon closure, provided no violations have occurred.

• Delayed transactions due to errors with third-party payment gateways
• Losses caused by technical issues on the user's device
